Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. The final start of the period, full instructions, and model withdrawal form must be completed with qualified legal advice before launch.

Digital content

For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire under statutory conditions when performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period, provided the consumer has expressly consented and acknowledged the loss of that right. This consent must be collected lawfully during checkout.
